She began her musical career in 1997 as the vocalist of the theaudience band, which played in the indie rock style, but the group did not last even a year.
She tried to start a modeling career and sat down to write a book, but soon she got bored with these classes.
In 2000, Venetian DJ Cristiano Spiller (DJ Spiller) invited Sophie to take part in the recording of vocals for his composition "Groovejet", which managed to get into many dance collections, which received the additional title "If This Ain't Love" ("If this is not love"). The song hit the first places in many charts. This success largely predetermined the beginning of her solo career.
The release of the singer's fifth album, titled Wanderlust, was originally scheduled for autumn 2013, but later it was announced that the date was postponed to 2014. In 2014 and 2016, the albums Wanderlust and Familia were released, preceding further successful releases.
