Scarlett threads intertwine – extending towards the end of time
And cast a mighty crimson hue upon the silver peaks
Towers carved in ice extending further into night
(With) spires honed in freezing drops, piercing midnight skies

A place in all for me and mine
A place to build by my design
A place from which to rule them all

Azure streaks seem to fade and with them goes the failing day
The day the light promised to be which now eternally lies
Ripped to shreds the sky is bleeding – from the heavens slowly seeping
Down to oceans vast where comes prodigious waves

Emeralds fade, amethyst torn asunder, while brighter shapes are put under
The cutting edge of a gauntlet raised

Flaxen fields turned to ash

An icy throne on which to lead
And turning skies to molten red

Frenzy-whipped the hounds unleashed finding pleasure in a lighter feast
Scarcely notice waves of less than pure intent

The eyeless haunts fly ever higher

Deep in another dimension
A chasm where no life may dwell
Unknown, alone, undone within
