Reverend and The Makers is a British indie rock band formed in 2005 in Sheffield, England and performing guitar pop rock with elements of funk, soul and synthpop.
The band is led by John McClure, nicknamed "The Reverend", known for his candid statements on various political topics, as well as his friendship with Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys.
